Filling: Grizzly Medical’s Filling Department provides customizable contract manufacturing and filling services to the medical device, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. We are able to support the customer‘s need of manufacturing fine/specialty chemicals, bulk products and raw materials for use in various applications as well as active pharmaceutical ingredients (API). We also offer: syringe/vial/pouch filling of powders and liquids, including aseptic filling with sterile filtration, formulation of liquid forms, labelling, packaging, visual inspection of filled products, technology transfer and scale-up, small-scale manufacturing and filling of investigational products, raw material purchasing, Fill volumes, packaging materials and closures can be individually arranged with the customer. All operations are carried out in clean rooms (ISO Class 7 and 8), and filling of terminally sterilized products is done in Class 100 environment (laminar flow hood or isolator technology). Grizzly Medical’s Filling Department is prepared and will upon request comply with U.S. FDA as well as with the EMEA guidelines or any other quality regulations, in accordance with the project’s needs.
